Sandra and her experienced team have the capability to complete projects of large scale and complexity with the ability to execute them with skill, care and diligence. The Atelier offers continual liaison with the Client for instruction and approval; personal service and attention to detail from inception to completion; formulating and monitoring design timetables, budgeting, purchasing and management systems to make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Architecture
At Sandra Debbas Atelier, we focus on offering a full architectural solution from concept to completion, tailored to the project's type and complexity, from listed buildings, new builds, and refurbishments.
From the first client consultation through to the development of the architectural design, presentation and specification of the final spatial and interior layouts, Sandra and her team are at all times involved in making sure the Client gets exactly what is desired.
The Architecture service includes: Surveying your property and proposing concept design and new layout - Securing planning and building regulation consents - Developing technical packages and sending the projects documents to tender - Ensuring MEP, build coordination and delivery within budget and program - Hand over the project and provide aftercare and maintenance recommendations.
Yacht Design
We are the creators of tailor-made yacht projects, transforming an Owner’s dreams into innovative realities. Our yacht section provides new build, refit and styling services that a luxury yacht requires regardless of its size. For anything from the most extravagant of requirements to the most unique and sought-after pieces; be it Lalique crystal faucets with 24k gold, curated art collections, sourcing all the yacht essentials, or creating a bespoke signature fragrance... Sandra and her team will do everything that will translate and reflect the unique character of our client taste and lifestyle at sea.
Sandra is proud to have carefully developed a network of world class master craftsmen that spans the globe - be it modern manufacturing techniques, ancient crafts of traditional artisans or combining unusual and rare materials - at Sandra Debbas Atelier we are able to craft the unexpected to make our client's dreams a reality.
The yacht styling service involves: The selection of luxurious cushions, throws and decorative ornaments. We source a broad variety of unique accessories, from silver service trays, lobster forks, champagne ice buckets, crystal tableware, to non-slip mats, dock mats carpets rugs with the name of the boat embroidered, or monogrammed bed & bath linens, a much-appreciated tradition!
Interior Design
Our clients are at the heart of everything we do at Sandra Debbas Atelier. Listening carefully from the outset of each project, we use our experience and expertise to transform their initial visions into workable realities - no matter how unique or challenging the client requirements may be - from the cut of a stone, to the handles on the doors, everything is considered.
Our interior design service distinguishes itself by the bespoke prestige and our ability to commission handmade pieces that are completely unique to reflect interiors that can express our client's character and personality.
The Interior Design service includes: Setting the design direction for each room through a process of presentations and discussions - Creating mood boards, colour and fabrics palettes, presenting bespoke pieces and FF&E selections with rendered sketches - Developing detailed drawings of bespoke joinery/bathroom/kitchen - Presenting CGIs (computer generated imagery) to help visualize and approve the finished spaces.
Styling
For commercial properties or private residences, we offer interior styling services including FF&E sourcing, procurement and installation, as well as styling advise on how to increase resale value, enabling you to secure the most equity value for your property and the return on investment in the least amount of time.
Sandra and her designers cater to all client needs, from helping to plan a single room layout or furnishing an entire property.
The Styling service offers: Interior planning advise on how to reorganize spaces - Selection of color schemes, furniture, lighting, rugs, wall-covering, window dressing, art and accessories.
International Sourcing and Delivery
Working in tandem with our Architecture and Interior Design services, we will source, specify and procure the perfect FF&E (Furniture, Fittings and Equipment), to turn an exciting space into an inviting residence.
The Procurement service offers: Sourcing from our extensive international home brands base, and visiting showrooms with clients - Presenting detailed itemized cost plans - Managing procurement, quality control upon delivery - Ensuring a smooth and timely installation on site.
Site Monitoring and Management
We manage projects from inception to completion. If needed. Sandra and her team can appoint and manage external consultants and contractors on your behalf to provide a seamless experience.
